So many things have been happening outside lately, haven’t they?
When you watch or listen, it can feel like disclosures, unexpected news, and constant updates—so much information coming in. Honestly, sometimes it feels as if we’re already living in the middle of 2026…
…but let’s check reality: it’s still January. It’s only been 22 days.
And here’s what I’ve been noticing in myself:
Yes, things are happening outside—and there’s a tendency for that energy to vampire you. It quietly pulls your attention, controls your pace, and suddenly you feel rushed without a real reason. It becomes easy to slip into reaction mode.
And then… something flares up.
Last week I had several clients come to see me for recurring symptoms / flare-ups—the same issues returning again and again.
Recurring symptoms aren’t random
A flare-up doesn’t mean you’re failing. It often means your system has been running beyond capacity for too long—mentally, emotionally, physically, biochemically, energetically—and the body turns on a warning light.
Today I’ll use one common example: headache / migraine.
Headache / migraine as a “warning light”
When the outside world is loud, the inside can become loud too. Headaches and migraines can be linked with:
-
tight jaw / neck / shoulders (holding pressure)
-
overstimulation (screens + constant input)
-
dehydration or irregular meals
-
carrying emotional weight silently
-
not enough true recovery (tired… but not rested)
Sometimes the headache is simply your system saying:
“Less input. More safety. I need to reset.”
Reacting vs responding
Responding is stability and resilience—and that’s our goal for optimal health.
Stress is impossible to remove completely. If 2026 is faster and more chaotic, it becomes even more important to learn, understand, and train yourself to return to you quickly.
The goal isn’t “no stress.”
The goal is the skill of responding—clear, kind, steady.
A gentle reminder: self-care is maintenance (support is transformation)
Self-care is beautiful—and important.
But self-care is mainly maintenance: it helps you stay where you are.
If you are already out of balance—recurring flare-ups, poor sleep, anxiety, headaches, gut issues—maintenance often isn’t enough.
That’s when you need support.
Support helps you shift state, regulate faster, and return to yourself with more ease. It’s not weakness. It’s intelligence.

Something I’m building (BETA)
I’m creating a 4-week beta course at the moment because I keep seeing the same need: life gets busy, and we want a system that helps us return to ourselves—not perfectly, but consistently.
A System You Can Return To (Even When Life Is Busy)
Energy & Emotional Reset (BETA)
I’ll email more details + how to join soon.
If you’d like to be on the first list, reply BETA (or “tell me more”). o;)
P.S. A little astrology note (if you’re curious)
As you may know, I’m a big fan of astrology (and also Life Tree). I follow one of the astrologers I deeply respect, Eden Sasson, and he’s running a workshop at HomeWellness:
The Astrology of 2026: Metamorphosis in Motion — Navigating the Year Ahead
https://homewellness.uk/workshop/the-astrology-of-2026-metamorphosis-in-motion-navigating-the-year-ahead/
I highly recommend his insight into 2026 and how your star sign energy may want to move. You don’t have to “believe” anything—just being conscious is enough. If it resonates, come join. I’ll be joining via livestream.
With warmth,
