What happens when we slow down enough to notice

White spring flowers along a quiet forest path, representing mindfulness, slowing down, and noticing nature during a reflective walk.

Intention is the Seed. Miracles are the Flowers.

On synchronicity, new beginnings, and what happens when you slow down enough to notice.

This week, I started taking short walks — just 15 to 20 minutes, nothing dramatic.

No destination. Just me, moving slowly, breathing, and being present.

And on those walks, I began to notice something.

White flowers. Everywhere.

They had probably always been there. But I hadn’t been moving slowly enough to see them.

🌿 White and the energy of emptiness

In many traditions — including Japanese and Chinese philosophy — white carries the energy of emptiness.

Not emptiness as lack or loss, but as open space. A receptive state.

The kind of inner stillness where something new can arrive, because there is room for it.

Like a blank page. Like a held breath before something begins.

Seeing those white flowers everywhere felt like a quiet message.

And it made me think about intention.

🌼 A week of new beginnings

It has been a full and meaningful week.

My son started a new school term — a fresh beginning.

I met new people. I supported teenagers, including my own son, as they stepped into something new.

I also worked with my Reiki students, guiding them to bring awareness and intention into their daily lives.

And then, quietly, the synchronicities began.

A message arriving at the right moment.
A conversation that felt ready to happen.
A connection that seemed to come from nowhere — and yet felt completely natural.

One small thing after another, gently lining up.

When you set an intention from a genuine, open place, life begins to answer you. And it is up to you how much you notice.

🌱 Where does your intention come from?

Not all intentions come from the same place.

Sometimes they come from openness — a genuine desire to grow, connect, or contribute.

When intention comes from this place, things tend to flow.

But sometimes intention comes from fear.
From control. From striving or trying to fix something quickly.

And life responds to that too.

The outcomes may feel harder or unclear — but they are not failures.

They are showing you where you are.

🌿 When we don’t notice, the body speaks

Sometimes, when we are not fully aware of what is driving us, it shows up in the body.

It may feel like:
• tension in the shoulders
• tiredness that doesn’t fully go away
• digestive discomfort
• skin reacting
• a sense of restlessness or unease

Not always something clear — just a feeling that something is not quite aligned.

These are not problems to fix immediately.

They are gentle signals.

And often, they are asking for the same thing:

Space. Slowing down. Listening.

🌼 A gentle invitation

You don’t need to make big changes.

Sometimes all it takes is 15 minutes.

A short walk.
A moment of stillness.
A pause to notice what is already there.

You might ask yourself:

— What intention am I carrying right now — and where is it coming from?
— Am I moving from openness, or from tension?
— What is my body quietly showing me?
— If I slowed down a little, what might I notice?

The white flowers are there.

They always have been.

It is simply a matter of walking slowly enough to see them.

🤍 Support

Sometimes we need a dedicated space — away from daily life — to slow down and listen more deeply.

In my sessions, I support you in reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and your energy — helping you notice what may be out of alignment, and gently supporting a shift.

You don’t need to figure everything out alone.

If this resonates with you, you are very welcome to book a session.

I am at HomeWellness in Primrose Hill &

& at Triyoga Camden

With love and calm,
Naomi 🌿
